I got into computers at 13, back when you had to dial in through a modem just to get online. I loved taking things apart, learning how they worked, and putting them back together better than before.

I spent years learning how systems were designed from the inside out — not just using them, but understanding why they worked the way they did. That taught me to think systematically and build things that actually hold up.

I started helping small businesses with their networks, learning that the technical side wasn't the hard part — it was understanding what each business actually needed. In 2015, I founded TSC Consulting with a simple idea: build genuine partnerships where we grow together. When my clients' businesses thrive, so do we. That alignment changes everything.

Technology moves faster now than it did in those BBS days. We've made major advancements—but the real breakthrough isn't the technology itself. It's shifting from the stress of reacting to problems to designing systems that monitor, predict, and prevent issues before they become painful.

The Transition

After running TSC as a pay-per-problem operation since 2015, we transitioned to managed services effective January 1st, 2026.

Pay-per-problem meant unpredictable costs, emergency calls at midnight, and clients only hearing from us when something broke. That model doesn't serve anyone well.

Managed services means we monitor 24/7, catch issues before they impact your business, and you get predictable monthly pricing. No surprises.

What Changes

Response times are written down instead of "whenever we answer the phone." On-site visits have structure. If you're used to calling for non-emergency support at 10pm, that changes.
